SHIPPING INFO

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing Monday-Friday. (Excluding Holidays)

• FREE Domestic Ground Shipping on all orders over $100.


     •   All merchandise that is being shipped within the U.S. will ship via
USPS Priority Mail or Standard Shipping. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once processed, all Priority packages will arrive in 2 days.
Sweet Love & Roses ships internationally with the assistance of our partner DHL. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Customs taxes & duties are not included in your shipping fee. Sweet Love & Roses cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.

  • Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. If you refuse a shipment from Sweet Love & Roses, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Sweet Love & Roses.
  • This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a store credit. If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Sweet Love & Roses. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Make an exchange request by contacting us via email.

2. We accept exchanges for change of mind, size changes and color changes on swimwear and clothing, in exchange for store credit. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged. You have 21 days from the date you placed your order, to lodge a return request. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with tags and the hygiene liner still attached, no odors (including perfumes),If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and returned to you again at your own expense. We do not pay for return shipping, unless the item is faulty.  Please be sure to read the full returns policy, before making a purchase.


3. Print out exchange label - Please note that return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer - original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping nor reimburse for it. The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer.


4. Drop off package at your Post Office, UPS or anywhere that accepts US Postal Mail


5. You will receive a confirmation email once we successfully receive your items back at the warehouse

Q: Do you offer express shipping?

A: Express shipping varies based on the item. Please send an email to

NOTE: Express shipping is unavailable for pre-order items. Please refer to the product description to see if your item is on pre-order.


 Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we ship worldwide! Custom dues are paid by the customer. For more information about shipping please refer to our SHIPPING INFO.


 Q: Can I exchange my order if it doesn’t fit?

 A: Absolutely, we gladly accept exchanges and offer store credit on full-price items. Purchases made on sale may not be exchanged or returned at any time.
